By accessing this website, scheduling a consultation, completing an intake form, or purchasing services from Pinkprint Credit Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Pinkprint Credit Co. provides credit-related services including, but not limited to, credit report review, dispute preparation and submission, personal information correction, fraud alert assistance, and general credit education. Services vary by package tier and begin only after all required documentation and active credit monitoring access are provided.

Pinkprint Credit Co. does not provide legal advice, financial planning, lending services, or guarantees of any kind.

2. Legal Compliance

All services are performed in compliance with applicable federal laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA).

Pinkprint Credit Co. does not guarantee credit score increases, deletions, approvals, or outcomes. Accurate and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report under federal law.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

    -Provide accurate and truthful information

    -Maintain active credit monitoring throughout service

    -Submit required identification and documentation promptly

    -Refrain from disputing accounts independently during service

    -Avoid actions that interfere with the dispute process

Failure to comply may delay or terminate services without refund.

4. Payments & Fees

All services are charged as one-time fees, due in full at the time of enrollment. Payments are non-transferable and non-reversible. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if Pinkprint Credit Co. fails to perform the specific actions listed in the Client’s purchased package. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results, bureau delays, client noncompliance, or outcomes outside the Company’s control.

6. No Guarantees

Credit repair is a process governed by law and third-party responses. Pinkprint Credit Co. makes no guarantees regarding results, timelines, score changes, approvals, or removals.

7. Intellectual Property

All dispute letters, templates, strategies, educational materials, and proprietary processes are the exclusive intellectual property of Pinkprint Credit Co. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for service-related purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pinkprint Credit Co. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, including bureau decisions, creditor responses, or third-party actions.

10. Termination of Services

Pinkprint Credit Co. reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates these Terms, interferes with the process, provides false information, or initiates fraudulent payment activity.

11. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable federal credit regulations.
